Everyone is shaped by moments in life that define their character. Local businessman Paul Oâ™Brien is no different.  Heâ™s a dynamic individual and a natural leader who enjoys being a catalyst for positive change. These attributes were defined at an early age, when a school teacher admonished him for acting out in class. Getting in trouble wasnâ™t what stuck out in his mind, it was the fact that the teacher acknowledged him as a leader in his class, knowing others would follow his actions. From that defining moment, Paul understood the power of leading by example. It has since become his mission in life to take that leadership and make a positive difference in the lives of others.

Defined by Commitment

By giving them the personalized attention and support they needed, Paul enabled them to find jobs as well as regain their self-confidence.
